The Grimes Farm Run, 2008

Like everything else in Iowa this summer, the 2008 Grimes Farm Run was shaped by the weather. The trails—especially those along the banks of Linn Creek—had suffered from the floods, and there were a few persistent muddy patches to add a little extra challenge to the course. Happily, the weather held on Saturday morning, and the runners were able to complete the course in pleasingly cool temperatures.

Many thanks to all who participated as volunteers, chauffeurs, cooks, and—most especially—runners!

The results from the 2008 Grimes Farm Run will appear here shortly, along with a gallery of images from the race. In the meantime, this spreadsheet will provide the raw results data.
